"Go be a cowboy, just don't get yourself killed. I don't want ot have to explain to your bird-- never mind."
Clint gave his head a shake at the general store owner. Hey, these were high tech advanced weapons they were carrying not some two bit, cheap ass bow and arrow set. It was an aluminum/carbon composite specifically designed to be strong yet lightweight. But he didn't say anything, because he knew he'd be wasting his breath. Instead he just gave a low whistle to get Roy's attention and gestured to him to take the back of the general store. As a sniper, the store's second balcony offered a nice vantage point, but no one was going in until he made sure that it was secure...
It was just like running any operation. Clint was thankful for his SHIELD training to fall back on no matter what Oliver Green had to say about it. And as much guff as Clint gave Roy, he was glad he was here. Roy would go around back and Clint would take point. They made a pretty good team, all things considered. And Clint had a whole methodology about the way he worked. Clint gave a sidelong glance at Hawkette. "Cover me?" He asked and drew an arrow, before entering inside the building half expecting to be ambushed.
