Dinah looked up when Ollie called her name and smiled at him. For as much of a pain in the ass as he was and could be, not only to her but to everyone, he had a good, big (bleeding) heart. And it was events like this that showed it. It was things like this that he put together (with Luke's help) that no only helped people, but were entirely selfless. Ollie had nothing to gain from this, personally. It was about what he really loved to do-- helping people. It was occasions like this that showed the world Oliver Queen-- through Dinah's eyes. She was proud of him.
"Hey, Good Lookin'." She called back, smiling and reaching out to give him a hug, "Anyone ever tell you you do good work, Queen?" She asked, only teasing a little as she raised her head to kiss his cheek, standing a little too close and beaming up at him.
She was still busy smiling when she caught sight of someone familiar just as Ollie said "Your cousin's here."
Dinah stepped back as if Oliver had the plague and shoved Betty's flowers into his chest for good measure, scowling and glaring at him as she moved away. That son of a--
"Bobby. Hi. Good to see you." She said, giving him a quick hug and trying to pull a quick 'Pay-No-Attention-To-The-Blonde-Man-Behind-The-Curtain' trick, "I'm glad you could bring the kids out."
Yeah. There as no way she was going to be able to pull a fast one on Bobby- not today at least.
