T'Challa ducked the spear a heartbeat before it embedded itself in the wall behind him. Grabbing the haft of the of the weapon over his head, he wrenched it from the wall, spinning just in time to catch the side of his attacker's head with his right heel, in a fluid rear spin-kick. She sprawled on the mat, as two more painted warriors charged their king. Catching a staff attack with an overhead block, T'Challa swept his spear down into the ground, planting and launching around it in a gymnastic spin that brought both of his feet into the chest of his second attacker. The only attacker left standing stepped back, recovering from T'Challa's block of her staff attack- then jabbing it straight at the back of his head. Without looking back, his right hand shot out like a snake- catching the staff in midair. With a loud grunt, he wrenched it in a circle, sending his foe tumbling to the ground due to her tight grip on the weapon. T'Challa spun backwards, raising the spear in his right hand as he loomed over the young woman. "Yield!" he barked, his eyes glaring down at her.
"Never, my beloved!" she replied, staring back at him defiantly. For a heartbeat, it appeared he might kill the young woman- but then his face cracked into a wide grin. "Perhaps you are worthy to fight at my side" he said, offering her the butt of the spear so she might stand. An alarm echoed through the training room loudly, and T'Challa cocked his head toward it. Jogging past his other sparring partners, T'Challa picked up his Kimoyo Card- a tiny PDA packed with more technology than all of Silicon Valley. A holographic display appeared in front of him- showing the face of General Jacob Kala. "Your Highness, we have an unauthorized entry in Wakandan airspace."
T'Challa frowned "Nature?"
The General inclined his head "Superhumans, my lord..."
