If it came down to battle staves versus Frost Giants, Bobbi wasn't going to say that the battle staves were going to come out the loosing end of that fight, but she figured it was going to be a close call. So she had been doing her part in the New York SHIELD HQ, working with the science people, analyzing weather data, and the like.
And then had come today - if Bobbi had been the superstitious sort she might have wondered if the fact that one of the devices that was being used to monitor the snowfall had crapped out today had some sort of correlation to the fact that it was Friday the 13th. But she wasn't. She just thought it was a thing that had happened, and that it meant that she was going out into the thick of things, to replace the damn thing.
In retrospect deciding to take a path that took her through Times Square was not the best idea. Maybe that had something to do with the fact that it was Friday the 13th. She was glad that despite the fact she was dressed like a SHIELD Agent, that she had taken her battle staves with her. Although she wasn't planning on taking on any Frost Giants right at the moment, she saw a figure in red (god damn vigilantes- although she guessed at the moment having them around was all right. This one was aiding people after all) near a bus that had gotten almost buried in snow.
In the name of helping people, Bobbi figured she could play nice with the costumed hero. Probably.
"Need an extra set of hands?" She didn't want to go and dig her SHIELD ID out, her hands were cold enough as it was, and she didn't want to have to take them out of her gloves and fumble around in her bag. She had her SHIELD issued jacket on though, with the logo she figured that should serve as identification enough.
