Bruce watched the kid pull even with his window, trying to see inside. It would be a futile effort, he knew, but Bruce could see him clearly. He wondered what he was thinking, until the boy made a strange noise and started running faster, pulling ahead of him.
Letting out a short chortle of laughter, Bruce smirked. Bart was trying to race him.
It was ridiculous. Batman wasn't about to race a child. Bart didn't even know where they were going...
But as Bruce began calculating what he knew of the Flashes speeds, he found himself revving the motor and putting on a burst of speed himself accelerating quickly to catch up with the younger speedster at a steady pace.
He'd never have a better chance to really put one of his cars through her paces, and it might give him some ideas for the next generation he was building now.
