Even though she could feel him coming, it still didn't stop her from jumping slightly when he appeared - and it wasn't until she saw him floating down towards her balcony that Selina realised she'd never actually seen him close up before. He was taller than Bruce, but not by much - his face seemed open and happy, his smile was infectious. Selina couldn't help but return the grin and raise a hand in a nervous wave as he landed.
And of course he would apologise for doing his job. It seemed that Superman was just that type of guy.
"It's Selina, please - and no need to apologise for that." She replied, finding her voice a little higher than usual. Turning away from his for a second to pull open the sliding doors to her apartment, Selina tried to remember what Bruce had told her about him, how he didn't like to be treated like some kind of god...but it was difficult when his own personal mythology told her something completely different.
"Want to come in? I don't think the balcony is the best place for us to talk right now..." She said, turning back and casting an glance over his shoulder.
