Lex Luthor's morning had been going well, so far. A meeting with a few shareholders, more meetings with one of the research and development teams, and then lunch.
After lunch, things took a rather downward turn as soon as he opened the door to his private office. He paused and then his eyes narrowed at the intruder.
Really. Twice now criminal scum had managed to make their way up to his most private of spaces within LexCorp tower. His security needed major upgrades, this was pitiful.
"Get away from my desk," he said coolly, moving forwards towards it. "Joker. You're an awfully long way away from your primary venue. To what does Metropolis owe the honor." He took a seat behind the desk, not bothering to look at the other man. Paying the Joker too much attention would only make him stay.
And this was company that Lex Luthor was not interested in keeping.
