There was a slight pause as Tommy just looked at her proffered hand instead of shaking it, but he recovered quickly. He took her hand and resisted the urge to do any type of cheesy flirting. Handshakes were overrated. No matter what the circumstances they always seemed to come off as stuffy and formal.
"Felicia, huh? Suits you. I'm Tommy."
The digital display counter rolled over to number 64 but customers were still streaming in and taking tickets. There was nothing like the midday rush.
"Huh. Small world. I used to be here in Springfield," he jerked his head slightly, "but now I'm in New York."
