Re: Later on...
Natalia knew she was in trouble but she told herself she'd gotten out of worse. Like any trained spy, she kept a straight face and then began to speak only in Russian to the man. "I acted alone and for my own behalf." she repeated and it was clear that he was running out of patience. The leader turned to the others, addressing them in German, "We have been compromised. Gather the packages and we will dispose of them. And dispose of this one."
Good, he was leaving. It meant that she could focus on organizing her escape plan. Natalia kept her eyes focused forward, hearing the door shut and two of the guards emerged from the shadow carrying something. "We don't know how they do it in Russia, fraulein. But in Germany we learned the best way to clean something up is by blowing it up." He chuckled.
Within the box was enough C4 to leave a bit of scorched earth where they'd left her. Dammit. Natalia knew her limitations, she also knew that she wasn't immortal. The bomb was activated to be set off by a trigger and then placed underneath her chair. The same chair that was bolted to the ground.
A thousand Russian curse words streamed through her mind and the men exited, laughing to themselves as they did. "To bad we couldn't have had fun with her before we blow her up," One joked and Natalia knew what was coming. She heard a click and then beeping. How many seconds were left, she didn't know, but she suspected that it wasn't long...
