"An army of me..." Bruce echoed with a dry chuckle. Such a statement would've sounded absurd if it wasn't so frightening. An army of Hulks would be practically unstoppable, HYDRA would have the world at its knees.
Bruce also heard the click and he stared at the door in cautious anticipation to see who was entering. Natalia was telling him to leave? Wasn't she coming with him? There wasn't time to argue. She must know what she was doing - she hadn't steered him wrong, yet. And both of them knew the risk of him turning into the Hulk was too risky.
A quick look around the room and Bruce saw the sliding glass doors of the balcony. He ran in that direction, unlocking the latch, opening the door and sliding through, shutting the door behind. As he did so, he saw Natalia standing there and he felt awful for leaving like this. Yes, she'd given him an instruction, but Bruce couldn't just abandon her. On the balcony, he stood back, out of the line of sight, and waited. He could feel his heart pounding in his chest, but he was still in control. Natalia was a SHIELD agent, he told himself. These kinds of instances were normal, everyday occurrences for her.
