Natalia left her dress on because she needed a good reason to be walking around. Putting on her spy gear would, should she be cause, make things more difficult to explain. She brushed her hair out of her face and went over to a drawer where she pulled out a tablet that had a screen saver of the coastline. Unlocking it, she pulled open a map, "I took a look at where each of them are staying. We need just one of the packets for you to get a good look at, since we're not here to steal them." She could use a pair of glasses that sent a feed to a recording device in her luggage which they could then send to SHIELD.
"Keep the tuxedo on," she instructed, "We'll make our way up the service elevator and then take the stairs. I can disable the cameras as we need, but we'll be relatively ignored. Getting into the rooms shouldn't be hard. We can use this gentleman's room," she bought up a picture, "I know he is going to be meeting with another gentleman for drinks. How long do you think it'll take you to decipher whether or not the information in the packets are a real threat or not?"
