All he'd ever done by taking in his children was try to make their lives better. Some had told him that just by giving him a home he done more for them than anyone else had, but Bruce still wondered if he'd done better by them, or worse. "I hope I can give him a chance," Bruce said. "I don't know if I can; what I do know is that he'l have a better chance of it with me than he would if he stayed with Talia."
Smiling at the sound of Selina's moan, Bruce leaned closer to kiss her throat, enjoying the warmth radiating from her skin and taste of salt from her sweat. He pulled her closer to settle against him, eyes closed until there was nothing but the scent of her hair. He kept a lot of himself carefully controlled, but he hoped that Selina could tell how much she effected him.
Chuckling, he kissed her again. "I'm glad you're not going anywhere," he admitted lowly. "In my life and my bed." Bruce smirked, but his expression turned serious at her question. They hadn't discussed the Robins or Batgirls yet, which would have required a fuller, more complicated answer, but sticking solely to his own children, he replied, "Dick hasn't said, to be honest. He's known you the longest, so I presume he has an opinion, but since he hasn't weighed in, I'm guessing it wasn't one he felt it was necessary to share.
"Cassandra is in favor; I think she likes the idea of having another female around to balance out all the men. Damian... we haven't discussed it yet. Tony," Bruce chuckled, leaving a smirk behind. "He's been urging me to do something about you for... some time, actually. Of course, he hasn't had all the details until just a few months ago, but is very happy about the situation."
