"Ah," was all Wanda said. She pulled out one of the chairs and slumped down into it with a sigh, dropping her purse and shopping back onto the ground next to her. She was beginning to wish she never agreed to meet up with Teddy.
"I don't intend to harm him," she finally said. "Why would I hurt someone I claim to be my lost child? It's ridiculous." Wanda rubbed her forehead, feeling a headache coming on. "I just wanted to have some kind of relationship with him, but I know that can't happen." Not after Loki screwed everything up, she thought angrily.
She let out another sigh, her gaze fixed on the ground below. "I'm content just to know he's living a good life, so he needn't worry about me trying to force my way into it. You can let him know that for me, couldn't you?"
