Kate understood that some people just weren't into it, but she'd seen him. It looked natural for him to fight by their side. He might not have wanted it to be a full-time thing, and she wouldn't minded if he only joined them some of the time instead of all of the time, but she didn't want to push too much too soon. And so, she sucked on the popsicle thoughtfully taking in his words.
"Well," she said licking her lips of the colored melted ice, "you said you'd give it a try," she shrugged. "you'll have more than enough time to figure that out." She said with a light shoulder bump. There was a moment there where she wanted to ask him about how to do other things. She knew how to be social out of obligation, but when it came to actually having fun...normal fun...
