"You're awfully demanding, aren't you?" Hal winked before he turned from her and headed to the door to the balcony. There were no seats set-up, but the railing offered enough stability to lean against. He waited until she joined him and then closed the door behind her. The view was perfect. It made the city look deceptively peaceful.
"So, how's Roy?" Hal was never subtle, especially when it came to the people that his closest of friends were dating. The situation was a trick one, that was for sure. "Do I have to hurt him yet?"
