Once again, Damian had settled in for the long haul. He pulled out the binoculars again to observe all the comings and goings. Initially there had been a bustle of activity, reporting the outcomes of the meeting no doubt, but once the money had left the site things settled down considerably.
Damian had frowned at that and weighed his options. Always follow the money was always a solid decision but there also couldn't have been more than a half dozen men remaining at the shop. It may have been a temporary bolthole but it also had new industrial locks and given the scuff marks on the ground, had seen a good amount of traffic.
It was worth a closer look. There was one man watching out the front window and another stationed out back, more concerned about his cigarette at the moment than anything else. Back entrance it was.
Damian tucked the binoculars away, double checked to make sure his sword was secure, then set to maneuvering himself close enough so he could drop down behind the rear guard.
