"Sounds like a fun kind of nothing though, I'm sure." Selina replied, taking the glass from him and raising it to her lips with a smirk. Not only was then room providing a costume and a training base, it was also providing a bat - although a totally different kind. Funny... Selina thought to herself, How things work out....
Selina gulped down the second glass quickly, leaning over to place it on the side next to Doug. At least he had a name now. "The boy" didn't feel suitable anyway.
"Good." she replied to his comment, simply, bracing herself for the stitches. She could deal with the pain, but it didn't mean she enjoyed it. It was always easier when someone else was doing it anyway - though Selina clenched her fist, the last thing she wanted to do was hit him.
"I wouldn't want you to be like me. They're a much safer bet." She assumed the 'they' referred to the Bats collectively.
