"A man in a mask," Gordon said dryly, flipping open his notebook.. "And it's a she. Her sister cried out, and all she saw when she turned was a man in a mask who sprayed soemthing in her face. I have men searching the town, but the likely..."
He was cut off by his cellphone ringing and he flipped it open, checking the number before pressing the speaker button.
"Commissioner, we found another one, however this one isn't the first victim's sister, it's one of the missing men." came the voice of one of the officers, one of Jason's informants in-fact. "No bomb this time...just a very large amount of gasoline canisters."
Gordon flipped off the speaker, getting the address and writing it down before raising an eyebrow at Jason. "Coming with me or following in the darkness?" he asked, almost taunting the younger man with a grin.
He wondered just how closely the man would be willing to work with him.
