"She left an address? Has someone been by to check it out?" She asked, which really translated to 'do you want me to go check it out?'
Dinah nodded at Roy's evaluation. If she wanted to make a play for Lian, she would have done it while they didn't know she was there. But now that they knew, she had given away the element of surprise. Dinah was certain that Jade knew that the entire family had heard about her being in town-- which would make for five pissed off, dangerous people, four of whom actually carried weapons. But maybe that was the point.
She couldn't put a finger on Jade's motivations yet, which was what was so troubling. Either she was telling the truth and she was going to try to go straight and maybe Lian could actually get to know her mother (whose presence she did miss, even if she couldn't remember much of her), or maybe she was just playing with all of them. Dinah wouldn't put that past her either.
At the end of the day though, this wasn't her life. And if there was anyone on the planet who actually knew Cheshire for the real person that was inside the sociopath, Dinah could guarantee that it was Roy. Which meant there was only one thing left to ask...
"What do you want to do?"
His decision would stand- and Dinah would do whatever she could to support him and Lian; no matter what the rest of the family said about it.
