After locking the door firmly behind him, Dinah watched Lian and Roy, grinning and returning to her coffee. She poured a second cup and handed it over to Roy when Lian took off to go play again. She put one hand back on the kitchen counter and leaned against it, watching Lian play until Roy spoke up.
She smiled, "It was good. Exhausting, but good." Dinah agreed with a nod, sipping her coffee. "So, C-H-E-S-H is in town?" She asked quietly, nearly whispering although she knew Lian couldn't spell Chesh; yet. Dinah turned her head to meet Roy's eyes, her expression sober and carefully emotionless. "Do you want to tell me what's going on?"
