Hood wasn't the only one connecting the dots. There was no reason for the name Pennyworth to be important to anyone outside of Father's immediate associates so the fact that Hood had singled it out as a catalyst was surprisingly.
Damian had had a flash of apprehension as the Red Hood had continued to go through his notes. There wasn't any explicit mention of Bruce Wayne or Batman but if one had enough of a frame of reference... and yet, the Red Hood didn't seem overly surprised. It was as if he was searching for answers rather than unveiling a long guarded secret.
Damian's eyes narrowed. It was as if he had all the pieces but the picture still wasn't clear. Pennyworth. The League. Mother. Father. Members of the League weren't privy to all Mother's secrets and they had better things to do than dress like aesthetically challenged vigilantes. Which left...
And there was the Red Hood. Gloating, again.
"He's not going to be happy with you," Damian countered, trying for intimidation by way of empty threats. He pulled again at his restraints.
