Batman snorted softly, derisively. "Their definition of classified isn't quite the same as mine," he muttered quietly. Whatever his ways were of getting his information, he didn't want SHIELD to know he had them. His mouth did turn up slightly at the second question though, and he tilted his head slightly to one side. "It's Gotham," he said. "If I don't know everything, I will soon enough."
Something about the tone of Banner's voice made Batman study him in his peripheral vision. "I didn't say you had to stay there," he elaborated. "You sought out a safe, controlled environment to change in. In Gotham, there are very few such environments where you might avoid civilian contact. If there existed such an environment dedicated to his use, perhaps it might ease the mind somewhat." He smirked. "Heh. No, I don't suppose simple walls would keep him in."
Turning his head, Batman looked at him. "Permanently, or once he's appeared?" Then, "You're the expert on the subject - I'd expect that if anyone were able to solve the problem, it would be you."
