"Great!" Now Ted just was going on the fact that the kid had enthusiasm and wore a geeky T-shirt, but he figured if he was lacking in work ethic, well ... they'd deal with that when, and if that happened. Ted knew that he drove some of the HR people at work nuts with his habit of offering jobs to people but ... sometimes Ted just had good feelings about people! And now was one of those times!
