Those sparks continued to crackle around Bart's hair and face even after they had stopped in the paintball arena again, though they slowly began to die down until it was nothing more than static electricity that had Bart's hair poofed up above his cowl.
He wasn't out of breath. Then again, he had more practice at this kind of thing. "Yeah." He admitted, watching Tommy quizzically, "Mostly I just tap into it and borrow a little from it but sometimes we have to go all the way in for whatever reason so it's kind of..." He shrugged, "Familiar. Are you okay?" He asked, watching Tommy struggling for breath, "Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth-- and don't hunch over. You're gonna compress your lungs and not give yourself as much air as you can." Bart said, throwing out a few tips that (while they came in handy for anyone undertaking strenuous work) were particularly relevant for runners.
"You really don't use the Speed Force at all, do you?" He asked, puzzled, tilting his head to one side and considering Tommy curiously.
