The Morning After
Jen murmured in the affirmative and nodded. That was about all she could do because she was still pretty tired from just waking up herself. "Yeah," she said quietly, contentedly and flashed Roy a lazy smile, especially after the kiss. She wouldn't dream of holding him up for work, but there were only few more moments before they had to well and truly get up. Talking could happen whenever, she decided, Roy leaving for work was happening right now and that meant she, too, had to return to the real world. But not if Jen could make the moments last.
"You're bed is comfortable," she said, which may or may not have been double entendre on her part. "Don't go yet, stay for a few more minutes." Or until neither of them had any choice but to get out of bed. To get her point across, Jen once again found that comfortable groove underneath his arm and rested her head there against his chest, where she dropped a kiss of her own.
"This is good, right?" She asked finally after a few quiet moments had passed. That was about as much Jen was going to talk about it after that moment, just needed that small affirmation that it was happening, what had been discussed last night.
