SEVEN DRINKS LATER
It was exactly two drinks later that they had gone from Roy's hand on her thigh straight to get a room. They were having sloppy make out session right there at the bar, proper style. Well, really, it had only taken one more drink, as the second round had been promptly forgotten about and otherwise left untouched on top of the bar.
She didn't mind things moving fast either, if things were clicking, which Roy had already pointed out - they were friends. So, it wasn't like there was going to be along courtship anyways. Not that Jen was needed any of that;she was no stranger to the concept of a one night stand. But Roy had said date not sleep with. And she already knew everything there was to know about Roy (Right? Right!), so why not get straight to the fun part?
It was right about then that the nosy bartender popped back in and tapped Jen on the shoulder, which had her breaking the kiss with Roy to look back behind her. "Alright guys, knock it off... If you can't behave I'm going to have to ask you to leave." And then because he wasn't a complete ball buster, no nonsense kind of a guy, he added, "You're making our patrons ill with you two being so cute. Seriously though."
Jens mouth gaped open and feigned outrage. "This is your fault, you know," she told the bartender. "If you didn't want this to happen, you wouldn't have given us so many drinks." Or at least that was Jen's intoxicated logic.
