He rolled his eyes at the idea of anyone just cutting someone open, but he knew it's what happened. "Maybe they can still run scans on him," he said with a shrug. All that stolen alien tech and they still preferred primitive means of study. If this guy was like Supes, then there wouldn't be much of a need for the study. If he wasn't like Supes, well, then they had a completely different problem on their hands.
"I think we just better get him on the carrier. We'll leave the decision on whether to contact the Big Blue to the higher ups," he said thumbing toward the sky. "Angie can get them the information they need. Maybe even a proper translation?" He turned and looked down at the man before motioning some other people to come over to try and help move him. They worked at getting him on the gurney, obviously asking him to try and relax with their slow motions and hushed soothing tones.
Midnighter stopped them when they started to roll him toward the door. He briefly placed a hand on the guy's shoulder. "Welcome to Earth."
