Clark slowly touched down next to her and took a seat, putting an arm around her shoulders. "You're missing your mother." He looked up at the sky, his frown disappearing into a wistful look.
"I miss mine too, Kara. I never really got to know her, but I miss her all the same." Looking back at his cousin, he spoke gently. "You missing her is natural, there's nothing wrong with it."
