Jack laughed as he fell backwards, grinning up at Martha and tucking an arm beneath his head. "I'm sort of counting on us ending up in that position," he replied with a cheeky grin.
He opened his mouth to say something else, but paused as he heard the doorbell. "Pizza," he said, shifting a little so he could reach his wallet. Jack pulled out 20 quid and handed it to Martha, then tucked it back away.
