Rosario knew how to find Hydra. Its mostly dim stars could be hard to make out against the glare of city lights, but that wasn't a problem here. All she had to do was look to Canis Minor, find the brightly-gleaming Procyon and track left and try to make out the blocky head of the serpent, then follow the jagged line of the body down and along.
She still hesitated. Because the last time she'd looked, she'd seen all of that, the jagged line of dim stars, but she'd also, somehow, simultaneously, seen an enormous serpent with glittering scales, and what was more— he'd seen her.
Did it make a difference, that this one wasn't the real Hydra? Apollo'd said the stars were talking to her, and he'd said it completely matter-of-factly, like he and the stars got together for drinks once a week, but Merlin said the visions were innate and the other stuff was just tools...
Rosario looked. And found only a jagged line of dim stars.
She let out a soft breath, relieved. "Yeah. I see it."
