Urged on by Lyra, Rosario took in another long breath of frozen air, took another warming gulp from the bottle, and pushed on.
"I was up here. Couldn't sleep. It was like the other time, I'd just started to relax and, like—" And she'd felt the pull again. Eerie, hypnotic, almost like she'd left her body for a moment. Rosario liked precision, strong lines and sharp edges, and the fact that she couldn't put a name to that sensation (let alone say if she'd legitimately felt it) chafed on her nerves like a wobbly tripod leg or a lens that just wouldn't focus right.
She tipped her head back, turning her frown on the thick clouds. It'd been so quick, she wasn't sure what had happened. She remembered Aldebaran tugging her. Something about wings? Wings, or... fire? Both? Where had that connection come from? Had it been a vision, like with Merlin, or just another (ugh) feeling?
The only thing she remembered clearly – clearly, and with a tingling shudder – was Hydra.
In a voice full of hesitation, Rosario said, "I think... Hydra? The giant snake constellation? I think it... looked at me." She grimaced again, regretting the words. "Jesus. I feel like I'm going crazy."
