Rosario pressed her lips together when Avery raised an imperious eyebrow. He did this in his stupid blog, too. He'd twist a whole bunch of spurious evidence to fit whatever insane conclusion he'd already decided on and whenever anybody put a logical question to him in the comments he'd be all superior about it, like they were the ones who needed to wake up. Well, she didn't need to be told to wake up by a guy who believed flying saucers were a thing, and she sure as hell didn't need him to school her in basic medicine! And what was with him speaking for Lyra? We know what we saw?
...except, well, Lyra was agreeing with him. Though Rosario could see her certainty flagging a little, like the longer they talked about it, the more she was hearing the holes in the story.
