Back at home Cathal had tried on a few different looks before settling on something classic. Jesse had spotted him coming out to the hallway mirror a few times and had started making fun, and Cathal had been sure to say that hey, Jesse, didn't you have somewhere to be tonight? Anywhere? That isn't here?
"If it's too New York then Burlington will have to learn to love it." She grinned at her. "You look beautiful." Then he offered her his arm to walk down the driveway to his car. "I've booked us a table at one of the finest restaurants on offer. Admittedly, that's a small number." But Rustic Table was one of the few very nice places around, and more was than suitable for a date. Not that he'd been on a date since they opened.
