"Depends on me, does it?" Cathal asked, eyebrows raised a little as he smiled at her and leaned on the car. "You look-" he shook his head, smiling, and ended with "amazing." He'd been about to say 'you look like a goddess' but it was a weird and uncomfortable turn of phrase to come from him. Besides, to most people, 'goddess' would evoke some weird olden day image of a flowing dress and some sort of coronet, and that wasn't what Marcie had going on here. Instead, in this sexy-casual (not casual) look she had going on, there was something very 'real' goddessy about her.
