WHO: Michaela Jones, Arthur a Bland, Friar Tuck, open to Will Scarlet WHEN: Wednesday evening WHERE: The parsonage WHAT: It's YOU WARNINGS: TBA
Michaela hadn't been to the hospital to visit her new sister yet, since she had been far too busy during visiting hours for the past few days. She still wanted pictures though, so she had arranged to drop by the parsonage once Tuck returned from the hospital. She had grabbed Indian take out and met him at the door with a hug.
"Oh bless you," he breathed, letting them both in and heading for the fridge to grab a beer. Michaela followed him, resting the bags of food on the table. "Figured you wouldn't have gotten around to much cooking the last few days. Has it been okay?"
"It's hard leaving," Tuck said, coming back to stand by her side and hand her a beer as well, before taking a swig of his own. "It's going to be even harder once Addy has to leave which is tomorrow I think. She's good though, Miss Evie. Stronger every day."
Michaela saw the way his face lit up when he talked about Evelyn and she grinned. It warmed her heart to see her father so happy. "Is Will coming? I brought plenty for him too."
"Should be. He wanted to spend some extra time with them. Support Addy. And I didn't want to crowd. He'll be along when he's ready. He's doing so well," Tuck beamed.
Michaela took a seat and a sip of her beer and she tapped the table. "Of course he is, he has you to support him. Pictures!"
Tuck snorted and he sat beside her, pulling his phone out so he could hand it over. Neither of them noticed the door was unlocked and sitting ajar.
