"Ten days, Musagetes," Calliope said in lieu of a greeting as she rose gracefully to her feet. She folded her arms and fixed a fierce look on him. "Ten days and nothing. Where is my sister?"
Apollo looked like he'd been running, but even when he was out of breath he looked beautiful, the light sheen of sweat on his brow glistening in the early morning sun. Of course she loved and worshipped him, but with that love came the iron will to keep him to his word. This was why she had come early, determined to catch him while he still had plenty of sunlight in the day to get something done.
