Suddenly Luna was thrust into the centre of this little performance and she tried not to lean away from the goddess. "I think," she said, formulating the thoughts as she said them, "that no love is worth risking your sanity for, and if Little John loves you then he wouldn't want you to risk it. Or if he is a guy who'd want you to do that, then he's not worth it."
It was incredible practical advice, Luna felt. So practical that it was hard for Luna to even realise what a lie it was coming from her: Luna who would give up every inch of sanity and soul just to be really loved.
