There was something about being told she had Nice vibes that made Luna feel suddenly two very different ways: first came the feeling that maybe she wasn't so bad as she thought if Tinsel could see her in that way. The second thought that came, riding in on the back of the first, was that Luna was so terrible that she'd somehow tricked Tinsel into thinking she was Nice.
How could she be nice when she let her gods do the things they did? How could she be nice when just last week she'd put a crying girl into a taxi instead of saying anything.
(Maybe she needed to say something.)
(Maybe she needed to think about doing something.)
Luna pushed all those thoughts away and just clung to the important part: I get big Nice vibes off you.
"We're really close," Luna promised her, trying not to get a little choked up right here in front of Tinsel. "It's sort of tucked away in all these overgrown trees, it's strangely peaceful for being in the middle of a normal city block. I'm really interested to see how you react to the god wards Hecate has put up. Have you had any interactions with that sort of thing?"
