"I think we will get along very well." Freyr liked Makaria quite a lot. He thought they had a few things in common, although they came from different worlds, and having a generally positive outlook was one of them. He cut and spread two croissants, one each, and gave her a smile as he took a bite. The pastry was perfectly flakey and buttery and delicious, and he nodded appreciatively at the taste.
"I like to see the best in people too," he said, rubbing his fingers together to brush off the crumbs. "I think that wanting the world to be the best it can be isn't a bad thing. I hope that you feel proud of who you are, because you should. My life is good- was good- because that's what made me happy. You should do what makes you happy."
