While Henry had been upstairs, Iestyn had tried to stay in bed a bit longer, but now that he was awake, he was too agitated to rest. After a couple of minutes, he got up with a sigh, and went into the bathroom to have a shower and try to wash away some of his worries.
It didn't help much. He just thought about Addy and how she had been almost asking him to help ease her passing, and about Lucifer preying on them; and he made sure the last traces of yesterday's makeup were gone. By the time Henry came back downstairs, he was in a pair of fresh trackpants and a hoodie with the hood pulled up, pulling on some fluffy socks.
At least showering had washed off some of his sleep discomfort, and he even gave Henry a quick smile as he poked his head in. "Thanks," he said, getting up and thrusting his hands into his pockets.
