Alan looked at him with a frown of surprise. “I don’t want you to move out,” Alan told him, with a quick head shake. “I love living with you. I don’t want you to run away and hide from me. Like I said-” He put down his teacup so he could look at Will properly. “We’re mates. You’re one of my best people in this whole messed up world, and things will get less awkward. I want to help you look out for yourself, and I want your company.”
