Luna sighed deeply, watching their hands together. "I always wanted that, Will. You were the one who said you couldn't go back to being just friends with me. You were my only real-"
She lifted her gaze as a chatting group of women passed their table. It drew her out of this private conversation and made her realise the cafe was filling up a little.
"I've got a room upstairs," she said, drawing her hand back from Will and grabbing her coat. "If you want to talk more, we should go there. Less prying eyes." Just in case I start crying or yelling.
