Luna hesitated after he made his offer, her emotions trying to decide which side would win: the side that missed his companionship, or the side that was still angry at him. Luna was never good at letting go of grudges, nor was she any good at apologising or backing down.
There was the concern that she was opening herself up to something shitty again, but despite that she moved through the crowded people towards him. Once there, she didn’t sit. Not yet.
