It was a curious reversal of the standard tale: the Merry Men the ones leading outwardly law-abiding lives; the Sheriff the one sniping from the shadows. "But knowing that's his strategy, you may be able to turn it on its head. Offer him an attractive lone target to draw him in, while the rest of you lie in wait to ambush him."
She laced her fingers. "This secret prison is another challenge, though." Even if they succeeded in capturing the Sheriff, Athena doubted he would give up its location. Especially if, as seemed likely, he already had one or more captive. More likely, he'd use the threat of their impending death by starvation to compel his own release. "You need to find it as a matter of urgency. Do you have any leads?"
