Tuck snorted at Stutely's joke, "she wouldn't be the first person I put to sleep," he grinned. "I seem to remember doing it to both Daniel and Michaela on multiple occasions when they were younger."

"I only remember you making us listen to the story of Christmas before we could open presents and it was maddening," Daniel laughed.

"Sometimes I would really drag it out too, because you both had the most amusing, 'oh god no more' faces," Tuck admitted. "You hungry?"

"I could eat," Daniel acknowledged.

"I can figure something out for lunch, maybe some nice omelettes," he signaled for the group of them to follow him back to the parsonage.
