As Erato had asked her, Urania had avoided 'space goth' as a look for tonight - and it was a show of respectful affection towards the love muse that Urania allowed her any say on what she might wear. She stood beside her sisters in a dress that was galaxy-bright and surveyed the building in front of them, and the young men she could already see. Her goal for tonight was to convince at least one of these from their surely predictable majors - law, finance, stock market analysis (was that a major? if it was, someone here was sure to do it) - and into the much more worthy STEMs.
(She would, of course, prefer pure astronomy, but maths and engineering and geology - all of those were closer to where she wanted them than law. A young man studying physics was only a jump-step-hop away from falling head over heels in love with exoplanetology.)
The chances of getting a glass of nice wine in here seemed impossible, and so Urania braced herself for whatever mix Apollo had made up for his kids.
Out loud Urania commented on none of these things she was thinking about, instead remaining ready by her sisters' sides to enter.
