It was a relief to hear Hecate say as much. Qebhet's lack of caution had cost her a lot; she was weakened and disfigured her skin and her home tainted by evil, and but for Hecate rushing to her aid, the toll might have been far more terrible. She had put so many others in danger. But with the creature's blood, though it didn't make up for her carelessness... at least it might help to put things right.
"I'm... not sure how much help I can be," she admitted, shuffling awkwardly on her feet. "At least until after I've shed this skin. I can do some research, perhaps? Into protections?"
