Antigone liked how simple Bia's words made everything sound, that's rad. It made her feel like, different as they obviously were, they were on the same team, and made her realise that this wasn't the first time that Bia had done that. Almost everything she'd said tonight had been some variation on that theme, Antigone just hadn't absorbed it till now because comradery was not something she expected to find, tonight.
She had to steel herself with another drink to deal with part two, though. "She looses track," she said, not unkindly, because Antigone could be frustrated beyond belief with her mother, sometimes, but she'd do anything to protect her, including avoiding slagging her off in a bar. "She wants a family, she just doesn't know how to keep one. None of us are very good at family."
