Will had taken a filleting knife out of Tuck's kitchen rack on his way out the door, the blade thin and sharp. He held it up his sleeve. He was also wearing black latex gloves he'd found by the first aid kit. The fewer clues he left behind the better. Just in case.
"Somewhere I can come at him downwind. Get a light above you so he can't see into the darkness well. Over there." He pointed ahead to a solitary lamp at a crossroads of the walking path. Honestly, doing this in a park was a bonus to them. Will was well-practiced in stepping silently through undergrowth and slipping across tree branches unseen. Will pulled a red bandana up over his nose and mouth and made sure the hood of his black hoodie was firmly pulled forward. "Be careful. I only have the one knife, I have to be precise." Although he did pick up a couple of good-sized throwing rocks and slip them into his pockets.
With a nod to Much, Will melted into the shadows to find a spot and wait for his moment.
