"She was certainly testing my poor parenting skills," David said wryly. "I'm afraid I walked away from her when she was hurting. She invaded my space and wouldn't listen to me, and I didn't know what else to do." He sighed and sipped his tea. Tea always made things better. "Iestyn was with her and tried to defend me, but he will clearly always take her side over anyone else. They've been in each others' company almost constantly. And that is as it should be, and completely understandable and right," he hastened to add. "Aderyn has told me that Iestyn was bullied for his differences as a child, and that made them very close from an early age."
